  • Connectivity to major telecom carriers

Unit 7413 currently has 6 telephone lines, a separate fax line, 6 ISDN lines and two Internet T1 circuits. The unit is capable of accepting a number of additional external high speed telecom connections to meet the most demanding business applications.

Current telecom service providers include AT&T and Level3.

  • Internal connectivity

The unit is wired throughout with Category 5e and Category 6 copper cabling capable of Gigabit Ethernet speeds. The unit also has fiber optic cable run throughout for future multimedia applications.

All telecommunications lines enter the unit via the laundry room. The internal copper and fiber cabling also terminates in the laundry room. Cisco and Net Gear network switches provide wired Ethernet connections throughout the entire unit.

Unit 7413 also has an 802.11G wireless network that allows Internet connectivity throughout the unit.

High definition satellite service is provided by Direct TV and is available throughout the unit.

Two 42" and one 62" HD Plasma TV's located in the office area.

52" HD Plasma located in Master Suite.

42" HD Plasma located in hide-away furniture in the living area.

Two ceiling mounted HD DLP projectors display on 88" hide-away screens located in the great room and formal dinning room / conference area.

  • Video Conferencing

The unit comes with a Tandberg 6000 MXP video conferencing unit. The unit has both IP and ISDN capabilities and can host multiple sites via the built-in software. The conference unit is located in the formal dinning room / conference area. The video conferences are displayed on an 88" screen that is conveniently hidden in the ceiling. Camera and Microphone are simple to connect and are normally hidden away when the room is used for formal dinning. All video conference features are controlled via wireless remote control.

The IP conferencing capabilities allow for conferencing with IP video conference units around the world without the per-minute charges with traditional ISDN video units.

  • Conference Room table

The conference room table includes four connectivity stations running down the center of the table. These connectivity stations each contain four power outlets, two Ethernet connections plus one VGA and one audio connector that can be used to display presentations from a laptop onto the 88" display screen and can interface with the video conferencing system.

  • Telephone lines

The unit currently has six regular telephone lines connected to a Panasonic PBX located in the laundry room. This PBX has also has capacity available for even more telephone lines.

  • Entertainment

The unit includes a number of entertainment features that are controlled via both wired and wireless AMX touch panel remotes.

All the high definition displays located throughout the unit are connected to multiple entertainment sources such as Direct TV, 5-Disc DVD / CD players, VCRs and have capacity to expand easily.

The unit also has a dual zone Audio Request music server system that can be listened to through the unit. The Audio Request database currently contains more than 36,000 songs by over 3000 different artists. This system has plenty of room to expand with more than 1 Terabyte of available disk space. Every AMX touch panel can control music throughout the entire unit and not just the room each touch panel is located in.

The unit also has the capabilities for streaming Internet radio as well as a number of XM Radio channels via Direct TV. All music sources can be listened to outside on the 5300 square foot terrace via outdoor speakers.

The AMX touch panels throughout the unit also control lighting, motorized shades, volume along with all the entertainment and conferencing equipment.

  • Security Cameras

Outside the unit there are currently twelve color domed video cameras. These cameras are connected to a Dedicated Micros BX2 recording unit. The BX2 unit can accommodate up to 16 cameras. It has the ability to take still images or full motion video. The unit's large internal hard drives and can record up to three weeks of video before rewriting over previously saved video. The unit also has a built in CD burner. This system is connected to the Ethernet network and includes software to lets you view the cameras remotely.
